Team and sellers
How to share a catalog with your team, give each seller their own link and WhatsApp number, and turn on custom prices.
Quick answer
Under Settings → Team, choose which team members can see the catalog and receive orders over WhatsApp. Each seller has their own link (My link): customers who enter through it message that seller's WhatsApp. With Custom prices, each seller can set their own price. Free includes 1 seller, Business 3 and Pro 9; sellers are invited from Team in the account menu.

If you sell with a team (sellers, distributors or resellers), each person can have their own catalog link and receive orders on their own WhatsApp.
Share the catalog#
Go to Settings → Team inside the store (the Share catalog page).
- Sellers: mark which team members can see this catalog and receive orders. Each one has their own link with Copy link.
- Custom prices: if you turn it on, each seller can set their own price per product.
- My link: your personal link. Customers who enter through it message your WhatsApp and see your prices (if they're active).
Important
For a seller's link to work, that seller needs their WhatsApp set up under Team (account menu). If it's missing, you'll see Set up your WhatsApp in the team so the link works.
Invite sellers#
In the account menu (All catalogs), go to Team to invite people and set their WhatsApp.
