What each Shelfkat plan includes, how many AI credits it comes with, and how to change plans or stop renewing.
Quick answer
Shelfkat has four plans: Free (free, 20 products, 30 AI credits), Starter (US$12.99, 150 products, 500 credits), Business (US$23.99, 300 products, 3 sellers, 1 domain, 1,200 credits) and Pro (US$39.99, 3 catalogs, 1,000 products, 3 domains, 3,000 credits). Prices are monthly and include taxes. Change plans under Plan, in the menu.

All plans include catalogs, contacts and analytics. Paid plans come with a 3-day trial when you sign up.
AI credits#
Every AI action (catalog draft, descriptions, attributes, analytics analysis) uses credits. Your available credits show in the top bar and renew every month based on your plan. More in Products with AI.
Payments and billing#
- Paid plans are processed with Dodo Payments and the amounts include taxes.
- Pay now on a plan's card starts the payment.
- Customer portal opens your invoices and payment method.
- Stop auto-renewal cancels your plan's automatic renewal.
- AI settings configures AI usage on your account.
Note
If your paid plan expires, paid features stop being active; for example, your custom domain stops showing the store.
