Step by step
From catalog to chat, in three beats
Shelfkat is not a marketplace and not a required payment gateway. You publish a shop window, share it, and the buyer messages you on WhatsApp with the order ready.
Create the account and catalog
Sign in with Gmail, confirm country and phone, and the workspace is created. Add products with photos, price, categories, and your brand look. Shoppers install nothing: they open the link on their phone.
Share a link (or your domain)
Each store gets {slug}.shelfkat.store and a fallback at shelfkat.store/c/{slug}. Eligible plans can connect a custom domain with TXT verification. Share the same catalog on WhatsApp, Instagram, or wherever your customers are.
The order lands on WhatsApp
The customer builds the order (quantity, variants like color or size) and confirms. WhatsApp opens with the message already written. You can route each order to a team number and keep that buyer on that seller.
What you see on your side
The shopper sees a simple window. You see the business: who visited, what they viewed, and what they ordered.
Team and numbers
Add sellers up to your plan seat limit. Each can have their own WhatsApp so chats do not mix.
A light CRM
Contacts, pipeline, orders, and offers live in the admin. It does not replace WhatsApp: it organizes what already arrives in chat.
Catalog visits
See the visitor path through to the order: products, variants, and session. Use it to decide what to show and whom to message.
