Create your account
How to sign up for Shelfkat with your email or with Google, which plan to choose, and what happens right after.
Quick answer
Go to shelfkat.store and click Create catalog. Choose a plan (Free is free forever and doesn't ask for a card), enter your email, and click Continue. You'll get a 6-digit code: enter it, click Sign in, and the wizard takes you to create your store. You can also sign in with your Google account.

To open a Shelfkat account you only need an email address or a Google account. There's no password to remember: every time you sign in with your email, we send you a new code.
1. Choose your plan#
Go to shelfkat.store and click Create catalog (top right) or Create my free catalog. You land on the Choose your plan page.

Paid plans come with a 3-day trial. If you're not sure which to choose, start with Free: you can change plans anytime from Plan in the menu. Full plan details are in Plans and AI credits.
2. Enter your email or sign in with Google#
Choosing a plan opens the Sign in window. You have two options:
- Continue with Google: if you use Gmail, one click and you're done.
- Email: enter your email (for example you@yourbusiness.com) and click Continue.
By continuing you accept Shelfkat's Terms and conditions and Privacy policy.
Tip
You can close the window and pick up again whenever you want: the plan you chose is kept.
3. Enter the 6-digit code#
We send you an email with a 6-digit code. Enter it in 6-digit code and click Sign in.
- If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder.
- Once the counter runs out, you can click Resend to request another code.
- If you typed the wrong email, click Use a different email.
Important
The code is personal. Never share it with anyone: the Shelfkat team will never ask you for it.
4. What happens next#
As soon as you sign in, Shelfkat opens the Build your catalog wizard to create your store. Continue with Create your store.
To sign in again another day, use Sign in on shelfkat.store with the same email: you'll get a new code.
