Shelfkat

Getting started

Tour of the dashboard

What's in each option of the Shelfkat admin menu, in the top bar, and in your account dashboard.

Quick answer

Inside a store, the menu has four destinations: Home (what's left to publish), Products (what you sell), Design (how the store looks) and Settings (WhatsApp, domain, SEO, team and inventory). If you turn on inventory, a fifth destination appears: Inventory. Below that are Contacts and WhatsApp, and at the bottom Guides, Help, Plan and All catalogs. The top bar shows your plan status, the search box (Ctrl+K), your AI credits, notifications and your account.

On this page

The Shelfkat admin is at shelfkat.store/admin. It has two menu levels:

  • The store menu, when you're inside a catalog (for example UrbaStyle).
  • The account menu, when you click All catalogs and see your whole workspace.

When you turn on the catalog's inventory, one more destination appears, Inventory, between Design and Settings (on your phone, in the bottom bar). It holds Stock, Movements and Counts. See How inventory works.

Tip

The guided tour that appears the first time sums it up this way: four destinations (Home, Products, Design and Settings); everything else lives inside Settings.
